Alfredo Rivera y Moncada (1660-17??) was the Lord Chancellor (Treasurer) of the Kingdom of Spain from 1700 until his death. Moncada was a stallholder, selling goods from a market stall. He was somewhat of a good Treasurer; he was not excellent, but he was capable.
