Alfred Harrison Powell (6 March 1781-3 August 1831) was a member of the US House of Representatives (NR-VA 17) from 4 March 1825 to 3 March 1827, succeeding Jared Williams and preceding Robert Allen. Born in Loudoun County, he practiced law in Winchester before serving in the state senate from 1812 to 1819 and in Congress.
