Alfred Babcock (15 April 1805-16 May 1871) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-NY 33) from 4 March 1841 to 3 March 1843, succeeding Charles F. Mitchell and preceding Albert Smith. Born in Hamilton, New York, he worked as a physician in Gaines before serving in Congress and moving to Galesburg, Illinois.
