Alexandra Cameron (died 1757) was an American settler and the wife of John Cameron. After seven years of indentured service in Virginia, the couple and their children moved to the northern frontier of New York, the only land available to poor people; there, they befriended Nathaniel Poe and his Mahican family. In 1757, during the French and Indian War, the family was massacred by a Huron war party and their cabin burned.
