Alexander McKim (10 January 1748 – 18 January 1832) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-MD 5) from 4 March 1809 to 3 March 1815, succeeding William McCreery and preceding William Pinkney. He was the uncle of Isaac McKim.

Biography[]

Alexander McKim was born in Brandywine, Delaware in 1748, and he later moved to Baltimore and served in the House of Delegates in 1778. He served under the Marquis de Lafayette in Virginia in 1781 during the American Revolutionary War before serving in the State Senate from 1806 to 1810 and in the US House of Representatives from 1809 to 1815. He died in 1832.
