Alessandro de Albairate (1452-1494) was a Florentine nobleman. In 1494, during the Italian War of 1494-98, Alessandro and several other Florentine nobles took up arms and mounted their horses, preparing for battle with France. He was killed when the French assaulted and sacked the city.
