Biography[]

Alejandro Rojas was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1972 to a Soviet father and a Brazilian mother, and he started his career as a low level munitions clerk for the KGB, quickly working his way up the career ladder. He later oversaw overseas connections with Far East and South America trades, serving as a buffer between governments and mercenaries, training in all levels of weaponry. He became freelance in 1997, when he went off the radar for many years. Rojas became the CEO of Fregata Industries, using it as a front for his black market dealings. He was involved in many terrorist divisions, and he supplied Vladimir Makarov's massacre of a Moscow airport in 2016. That same year, he was tracked down to a Rio favela by Task Force 141, and he was captured by Soap McTavish, interrogated, and chained to a fence and left for dead. He eventually bled out from the torture, despite emergency efforts to save him by Brazilian authorities.
