Alejandro Laresgoitia (born 1604) was the Spanish governor of Santiago in Cuba during the late 17th century.

Alejandro Laresgoitia was born in Amurrio, Basque Country, Spain in 1604, and he became a member of the Catholic military Order of Calatrava. During the late 17th century, he was made Governor of Santiago in Cuba, managing one of Spain's largest and wealthiest port cities in the New World. In January 1662, he made the pirate Jack Summer a captain in the Spanish Navy as a reward for his actions against the United Provinces, despite the fact that Summer had plundered several Spanish ships and even sacked Rio de la Hacha in Colombia.
