Alberto Heber Usher (1 May 1918-19 January 1981) was President of Uruguay from 1 March 1966 to 28 February 1967, succeeding Washington Beltran and preceding Oscar Diego Gestido.

Alberto Heber Usher was born in Montevideo, Uruguay on 1 May 1918, and he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies in 1958 as a National Party of Uruguay member. He served as President of Uruguay from 1966 to 1967, and he died in 1981.
