
Albert Haller Tracy (17 June 1793-19 September 1859) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-NY 21) from 4 March 1819 to 3 March 1821 (succeeding John Canfield Spencer and Benjamin Ellicott and preceding Elijah Spencer), from NY-22 from 4 March 1821 to 3 March 1823 (preceding Justin Dwinell), and from NY-30 from 4 March 1823 to 3 March 1825 (preceding Daniel G. Garnsey).
Biography[]
Albert Haller Tracy was born in Norwich, Connecticut in 1793, and he became a lawyer in Buffalo, New York in 1815. He served in Congress from 1819 to 1825 and in the State Senate from 1830 to 1837, and he died in 1859.
