Al-Qaim Hamza

al-Qaim Hamza (1155-) was an Ayyubid Egyptian general during the Crusades. In 1178, al-Qaim, who was known to be a proven commander, confident defender, and very loyal man, was adopted by Saladin and took command of the Jerusalem garrison after the city's capture.
