al-Mansur Yahya ibn An-Nasir (903-976) was the Emir of the Rassid Emirate from 937 to 976, succeeding Emir An-Nasir Ahmad of Rassid Emirate and preceding Emir Ad-Da'i Yusuf of Rassid Emirate.
Biography[]
al-Mansur Yahya ibn An-Nasir was born in 903 to Emir An-Nasir Ahmad of Rassid Emirate to a Shi'ite Muslim Bedouin family. He succeeded his father as the Emir of the Rassid Emirate and Imam of Yemen, and he was remembered as a man of much learning who conveyed much religious tradition of his father and grandfather.
