The Al-Ansar Mosque airstrike occurred on 22 October 2023 when the Israeli Air Force bombed the al-Ansar Mosque in Jenin, West Bank amid Operation Iron Swords, with a stated goal of thwarting an imminent terrorist attack.

According to Israel, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad operated from a compound underneath the mosque, from which they planned an imminent attack on Israel. Violence in the West Bank surged after Hamas' "al-Aqsa Flood" offensive into southern Israel on 7 October 2023, with the IDF launching raids on Qabatiya, Tammun, Nablus, and the militant hub of Jenin, where the Jenin Brigades had emerged as a major threat to Israeli security forces. On 22 October 2023, Israeli fighter jets bombed the al-Ansar Mosque, killing two people and injuring three others; it was only the second fighter jet attack in the West Bank in two decades. Israel proceeded to disseminate text messages among the local populace warning them against assisting the Jenin Brigades.
