Akihito Noro was a Japanese yakuza who was affiliated with the Omi Alliance's Takachi-gumi subsidiary during the 2010s. In December 2012, he was driven through Fukuoka by the cab driver Taichi Suzuki (Kazuma Kiryu's alias), and he told the driver about the Omi's power struggle and the murder of their patriarch.
