
Ahmad Salman Salloum (died 10 September 2017) was a senior commander of the Syrian Arab Army's Tiger Forces during the Syrian Civil War.
Biography[]
Ahmad Salman Salloum was born in Baniyas, Tartus Governorate, Syria. He became a senior commander of the Syrian Arab Army's Tiger Forces during the Syrian Civil War, and he came to Deir ez-Zor Governorate in 2017 to join the military campaign launched by the Syrian regime forces and Russia to break the Islamic State's siege of the city. Just hours after the Defense Minister of Syria visited the city, Salloum was killed in the IS shelling of Shola.
