Ahmad Kahil (died 16 October 2024) was the Mayor of Nabatieh, Lebanon. Kahil was closely affiliated with Hezbollah, and he commanded Hezbollah's Hospital Unit at the time of the Third Lebanon War. He and 16 other municipality staff were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the city council on 16 October 2024.
