Ahmad G. (2002-) was a Syrian refugee and Islamic State sympathizer who, on 15 February 2025, killed 1 and injured 5 in a mass stabbing in Villach, Austria just two days after Farhad Noori's Islamist attack in Munich. Granted legal residency status in Austria, he randomly attacked pedestrians with a knife at the historic city center of Villach at 4 PM on 15 February 2025. A Syrian food delivery worker drove toward the attacker to disrupt the assault, and the terrorist was ultimately captured. A 14-year-old boy died of his injuries.
