Agustin de Espinosa (1670 - September 1719) was a Spanish Navy officer who commanded the naval fort of Conttoyor in the Gulf of Mexico. The fort of Conttoyor protected Mexico from British and pirate attacks, but the fort was attacked by Edward Kenway's pirates in 1719. Kenway's Jackdaw destroyed the fort's defenses before landing pirates in the fort itself, and the pirates secured the fort. Kenway proceeded to enter the war room and kill Espinosa, taking over the fort.
