Agent Enzen was a Japanese secret agent in the service of the Daidoji Faction. In 2019, he and several other Daidoji agents were ordered by Agent Yoshimura to torture Kazuma Kiryu for attempting to disobey orders to rescue Kihei Hanawa, but Kiryu escaped with the Head Priest's help and beat them down before escaping to Osaka to look for Hanawa.
