Agapito Badolato (1470 - 1503) was an official of the Papal States under Pope Alexander VI.
Biography[]
Badolato was a high-ranking official of the Papal States, but was corrupt and under the influence of the Borgia family. Badolato put pressure on the enemies of the family, so Ezio Auditore da Firenze (who was also taking down Tommaso di Viterbo's Borgia tower at the same time) assassinated Badolato by stabbing him in the back of the head while tackling him.
