The Afrikaner Bond was a nationalist political party in South Africa that was active from 1879 to 1911. The party originated in the Orange Free State, but it also came to have a significant presence in the Cape Colony and Transvaal. The party supported an independent republic of South Africa that was free from British imperialism, and it merged into the South African Party in 1910.
