The African People's Socialist Party (APSP) is a pan-Africanist and communist political party in the United States that was formed in May 1972 by the merger of three Black Power organizations based in Florida and Kentucky.

The APSP was founded through the merger of the Junta of Militant Organizations, the Black Freedom Fighters, and the Black Study Group with the common goal of keeping the Black Power movement alive, "defend(ing) the countless Africans locked up by the counterinsurgency," and developing relationships with Africa and Africans worldwide. The APSP styled its members as "true, genuine communists," and the APSP moved to Oakland, California in 1981 and then to St. Petersburg, Florida during the mid-1990s. The party pushed for $4.1 trillion in "reparations for stolen labor" during the 1980s, seeing such reparations as compensation for the injustices of slavery, segregation, and "neocolonialism." In 2023, the APSP and the Uhuru Movement were investigated by state prosecutors for receiving Russian FSB funding through Alexander Ionov and spreading Russian propaganda, especailly with regard to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
