Afif Ahmed Hamid (died 6 September 1972) was a member of the Black September Organization and was one of the perpetrators of the Munich Massacre.

Afif Ahmed Hamid was a member of the Black September Organization, a terrorist organization that sought to achieve the independence of Palestine through violent means. Hamid was one of the seven terrorists who seized 11 Israeli athletes and coaches, members of the Olympic team, as hostages during the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Germany, during which he used the pseudonym "Paulo". During the kidnapping of the athletes, Israeli athlete Yossef Romano picked up a knife and stabbed Hamid in the forehead, wounding him. Romano was gunned down by the hostage-takers where he stood, and the remaining hostages were Along with Ahmed Chic Thaa, he was sent to the cockpit of a jet to guard two German pilots held prisoner, but he was killed along with Thaa.
