Afanasiy M. Minkovski (died 2016) was a Russian gangster who was affiliated with the Bratva in San Francisco, California during the 2010s. In 2016, he and several other bratki were killed in a shootout with DedSec vigilante Marcus Holloway at the Port of Oakland as Holloway rescued his comrade Ali Rahim.
