Afanasij Vsevolodovych Stetsenko (died 27 February 1981) was a Soviet Army soldier who was stationed at the Secret Spetsnaz Training Facility in Zakarpattia Oblast, Ukrainian SSR during the Cold War. He was killed in an American CIA Black Ops raid on the facility in 1981.
