Aethelwald Bradea (827-) was the Anglo-Saxon Roman Catholic abbot of Medeshamstede Abbey, Lincolnshire (present-day Peterborough, Cambridgeshire) during the late 9th century AD. In 875 AD, Eivor and his crew of Viking raiders pillaged the monastery, stealing the monastery's altar treasure as Aethelwald helplessly watched.
