Aedammair of Eire (born 21 October 1072), also known as Ayamere of Ireland, was the Queen of Ireland from 1093 to 1095, succeeding Orlaith of Eire and preceding Aedammair of Eire. She was the wife of King Eochaid of Eire, the second King of Eire.

Aedammair was born on 21 October 1072 to a lowborn Irish Catholic family, and she married Duke Eochaid of Ulaidh, the son of King Einri of Eire, entering the Clan O'Connor of Tyrconnell. Aedammair was known to be deceitful and lazy, and her husband was forced to send her gifts in order to gain her love. Aedammair became Queen of Ireland in 1093 when her father-in-law died, and the scholarly theologian Aedammair decided to preserve her chastity; Aedammair and Eochaid would not have any children during their marriage. After King Eochaid died, his brother Focarta of Airgialla became the new king, and Aedammair was taken care of by Focarta.
