Adlai McConley (born 1957) was an American law professor at the University of Alabama. Born in Tuscaloosa in 1957, the son of civil rights attorney Leroy McConley, he practiced law before pursuing an academic career. He shared his father's Democratic politics and commitment to Black civil rights, using his inheritance from his father's death in 2012 to create a memorial scholarship for Black law students. He was the father of Jesse McConley.
