Adil Pernaska (1951-2008) was a Kosovan-American gangster who was affiliated with the Albanian Mob in New Jersey during the 2000s. In 2008, he was killed in an ambush by The Lost MC as he and several fellow Albanian gangsters cruised up the Garden State Parkway.
