Addy Joaquin Coldwell (born 24 August 1939) was a Mexican PRI deputy from Quintana Roo from 1997 to 2000, a PRI and PAN Senator from 2000 to 2006, and a PAN deputy from 2006 to 2009.

Addy Cecilia Joaquin Coldwell was born in Cozumel, Quintana Roo, Mexico in 1939, the daughter of a Lebanese businessman and the sister of Pedro Joaquin Coldwell. She worked in public relations for the family business before entering politics with the PRI, serving as a deputy from 1997 to 2000 and as a Senator from 2000 to 2006, defecting to PAN in 2005. She went on to serve as a PAN deputy from 2006 to 2009.
