Adarvan Yazdanian (142-85 BC) was a Pontic hillman who served in Mithridates VI Eupator's army during the First Mithridatic War. In 85 BC, he and the rest of Mithridates' army fought the Romans at sea in the Argolic Gulf during Mithridates' attempted invasion of Greece, and he was killed at the Battle of Astros.
