Adam de Nancy (died 1494) was the Baron of Nancy in Burgundy. Adam revolted against French rule during the late 15th century, leading to the French Army's siege of Nancy in 1494. Nancy was slain in the ensuing battle, and Nancy was restored to the Kingdom of France.
