Adam Vasylovych Kostyuchenko (died 26 January 1943) was a Soviet Ukrainian soldier who served in the Red Army's 226th Rifle Division on the Eastern Front of World War II. He participated in Operation Koltso, the final offensive against the encircled German forces in the Stalingrad pocket, and he was killed in the ensuing fierce fighting.
