Adalfredo Pacione (died 30 June 1501) was a Papal sentry. In 1501, he was stationed at the Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome, where he was supposed to protect the Borgia family. He was killed when Ezio Auditore da Firenze infiltrated the castle.
