Adalbert of Utrecht (723-768) was a Frankish officer who commanded the garrison of Utrecht during the early reign of King Charlemagne. In 768 AD, he led the defense of Utrecht against the Westphalian Saxons, but his garrison was overwhelmed and massacred during the Saxon sack of Utrecht.
