Adad-shuma-usur abil Puzur-Ishtar

Adad-shuma-usur abil Puzur-Ishtar (564-539 BC) was an Babylonian swordsman in the service of the Neo-Babylonian Empire during the 6th century BC. In 539 BC, he was killed in battle with the victorious Persians at the Battle of Opis.
