Abu Jannah al-Firansi was an Islamic State fighter from France. On 19 June 2016, he appeared in an IS video alongside Abdu-Rahman al-Roussie, Abu Nusseyba al-Indunisy, and Abu az-Zubair al-Uzbaki, in which he praised the Orlando and Magnanville attacks and called for more lone wolf attacks.
