Abu Faruq al-Libi (died 1 August 2015), born Ragab al-Agouri, was a Libyan commander of the Islamic State.
Biography[]
Ragab al-Agouri was a Muslim extremist from Libya who became a commander of the Islamic State in Libya under the nom de guerre of "the Libyan father of Faruq". On 1 August 2015 he led the takeover of Benghazi, but he was killed during the battle.
