Abu Ali Mustafa (1938-27 August 2001) was the Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine from 2000 to 2001, succeeding George Habash and preceding Ahmed Sa'adat.

Abu Ali Mustafa was born in 1938 was born in Arrabah in the West Bank, then part of British Palestine, to a Sunni Muslim Palestinian family. Mustafa joined the Arab Nationalist Movement and was arrested by Jordan for his activities. He became a prominent member of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and became the Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) in July 2000 after George Habash retired.
On 27 August 2001, he was targeted by the Israel Defense Force in a targeted assassination due to his leadership of PFLP terrorists. In his office in Ramallah in the West Bank, he was attacked by two Apache helicopters. Two missiles were fired through the windows and Mustafa was killed. Ahmed Sa'adat succeeded him as PFLP Secretary-General.
