Abu 'Umar al-Muhajir was a member of the Islamic State from Libya.
Biography[]
Abu 'Umar al-Muhajir was born to a Sunni Muslim family in Libya, and he was a member of the Islamic State's Wilayat Tarabulus branch. On 27 March 2016, he appeared in a video praising the 2016 Brussels bombings.
