
Abram Trigg (born 1750) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-VA 4) from 4 March 1797 to 3 March 1803 (succeeding Francis Preston and preceding David Holmes) and from VA-6 from 4 March 1803 to 3 March 1809 (succeeding Matthew Clay and preceding Daniel Sheffey).
Biography[]
Abram Trigg was born in New London, Virginia in 1750, and he worked as a lawyer in Montgomery County before serving as a Lieutenant-Colonel in the militia during the American Revolutionary War. Trigg later served in the US House of Representatives from 1797 to 1809.
