Abihka was one of the four mother towns of the Muscogee confederacy. The remnants of the 16th century chiefdom of Coosa, the Abihka resided along the banks of the Coosa and Alabama rivers in present-day Talladega County, Alabama. They were later relocated to the Indian Territory during the "Trail of Tears" exodus of the 1830s, and they settled near Henryetta, Oklahoma.
