Abe Masakata (27 July 1823 – 11 April 1874) was a Japanese nobleman and the daimyo of the Fukuyama Domain from 1838 to 1848. He was the son of Omura Sumiyoshi and was adopted as Abe Masaakira's heir, serving as the domain's ruler from 1838 to 1848 and served as a soshaban of the Tokugawa Shogunate from 1847 to 1848. He died in 1874.
