Abdulsalam al-Hassi was a Libyan National Army general during the Second Libyan Civil War. In 2019, he was given command of Khalifa Haftar's operations room near Tripoli, and, on 7 May 2019, he posed behind a captured Portuguese mercenary pilot who flew for the Government of National Accord.
