Abdul Rauf al-Mahmood (died 21 June 2023) was an Iraqi ISIL fighter who fought in the Iraqi Civil War. In 2023, he and several other imprisoned ISIL fighters took part in a prison riot at Mabarak Prison, only to be gunned down by American and Kurdish special forces operatives.
