Abdul Rahman Yasin (born 10 April 1960) was an American-born Iraqi terrorist who was involved in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing alongside Ramzi Yousef. He returned to Iraq after the attack, and he went on the run after the US invasion in 2003.

Abdul Rahman Yasin was born on 10 April 1960 in Bloomington, Indiana, America, the son on an Iraqi doctor. Yasin's family returned to Iraq shortly after his birth, and he was raised in Iraq. Yasin joined al-Qaeda and was trained by Ramzi Yousef, and in 1992 he used his US passport to re-enter America, where he met up with Yousef and helped to execute the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which killed 6 and wounded over 1,000 people. Yasin was questioned at the FBI headquarters in Newark, New Jersey, and he was released after giving some names and addresses to the FBI, heading to Iraq. Saddam Hussein's government gave him a place to stay and monthly payments, and he was "arrested" in 1994, being a "prisoner" until the Iraq War in 2003. During the invasion, the US did not locate him, and a $5,000,000 reward was offered for his capture by the FBI.
