Abdul Baasid el-Farooqui (died 25 May 2024) was a Syrian jihadist militant who fought for the Islamic State during the Syrian Civil War. In May 2024, he and hundreds more jihadists were killed in a series of US-SDF special forces operations in southern and eastern Syria.
