Abdul-Rab al-Shadadi (died 8 October 2016, near Sana'a, Yemen) was a Yemeni Army major general who commanded the Third Military Region and was one of the most senior military officials in President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi. He was killed near Sana'a while leading an offensive against the Iranian-backed Houthis during the Yemeni Civil War. Al-Shadadi is one of the most senior officials of the Hadi government to be killed in the civil war.
