Abdou Sidikou Issa was a Nigerien divisional general who served as chief of staff of the Niger Armed Forces from 31 March 2023. He was one of the leaders of the 2023 Nigerien coup d'etat, supporting the overthrow of President Mohamed Bazoum to avoid a deadly confrontation.
