Abdel Raouf Abdel (1956-11 March 1978), also known as Salam Abu Ali or Abu Ahmad, was a Yemeni PLO member and one of the perpetrators of the 1978 Coastal Road massacre. Abdel was born in Sanaa, but he decided to join the PLO in its struggle to secure Palestinian independence; he drowned, alongside Khaled Abdel Fattah Yousef, when their Zodiac capsized in the Mediterranean Sea.
